I realize this game may be 'lame' to most of you ;), but I have played it on and off since 2005 and enjoy it. If you like puzzles like Tetris, Bubble Bobble, etc., then you might enjoy it. The characters look like little Playmobil people, and you can sail the seas in search of treasure. At the Inns you can play drinking games, poker, hearts, spades, etc. -- and TRISTAN... there is housing!

I play for free on a dubloon ocean, but you can also subscribe if you want. You can own your own ships, fight brigands or barbarians, go to Atlantis and fight the Kraken... etc.

Check it out if you want and if you do play, let me know. I have several pirates there that I bounce between.

I actually enjoy that style of game. Not the mini games but the look of this game is adorable :) Good find! Single player I assume?
 
No it's multiplayer. In fact, we can have our own AltTabMe Crew there if you wanted. We just have to all end up on the same server. You can fight in blockades to take ownership of islands if you get really good. I have enjoyed it for years... it is simple, yet entertaining.[DOUBLEPOST=1363128798,1363128384][/DOUBLEPOST]The other thing I failed to mention are the individual puzzles power the ships. So for sailing/rigging, you have a puzzle, for bilging another, there is carpentry (tetris style), etc. They also have a pretty cool economy where you can own shops or work at them, like a distillery, ironmonger, shipyard, apothecary or tailor. I love going on pillages where they hunt brigand kings... those are really challenging battles, but you get sweet loot and trophies for completing it.

I have characters on all the oceans, but I primarily play on Emerald (I think). If you create a char there let me know.

LOL... I don't do facebook! :) I said you guys might find it lame... I play POGO too! So sue me. *snicker*

i played this game for a period of around 3 weeks a few years ago when I was at limbo at a job i had. They essentially took away all access to their software from me but had not as yet made me redundant, so while they got their paperwork together I went to work each day and played puzzle pirates. Its quite an enjoyable game.
