Wrap Up RP Story Missions - Signups to Host your own!

So as you can see we have begun our first RP Story Mission: Zombie RP Chapter 1.

This is essentially a Storylined version of DnD. If you are interested in being a DM for other storys please sign up here and try to define the story line you would like to do.

I think multiple stories at once is fine since there is no real deadline for entries.

I would put a max on the amount of stories at once though to maybe 2-3 at a time before another can kick off.

I've got zero experience playing DnD, much less DMing. I look forward to reclaiming that lost part of my childhood.

I've played a "story game" about zombies a few years ago, and I can imagine it working quite well as a forum game. It's GM-less, and it's designed to end badly for the players most of the time (I played it about three times, and only once did a player survive until the "end"). I'll see if I can borrow it from a friend, as I've forgotten half of the rules, unfortunately.

Edit: The game was called "Zombie Cinema" - at least I just remembered that much!
 
Dunno if people have time for this but figured I'd throw it out here and see if there's enough interest. :3

Title: God Mode
Setting: A virtual reality simulator known as Wondertech in its beta testing.
Summary: Participants are invited to join the beta launch of Wondertech, the most advanced VR simulator to date where Imagination Becomes (Virtual) Reality, brought to you by Perfect World Corp. Powered soley by brain waves, players can create anything they can imagine. Unfortunately, as with any beta launch, there may be a few bugs.
Rules: Don't directly control other people's characters or creations.
# of Participants: 4+

Launch Date: Would prefer to stagger it with Tristan's RP. Tentative date would be March 7th.

Hm, not sure what to tell without spoiling the story. :3 Anything in particular you want to know?

Everything takes place in the VR facility and the initial objective is to just test it out, find its limits etc. Anything anyone imagines comes true, you can create anything you want so long as it doesn't directly mess with other players. After an intro of just playing around bugs/glitches begin to appear which while inside the VR they are dangerous to the group and must be dealt with, and that would be where combat comes into play. Thinking of adding some kind of puzzle elements as well but not sure how I'd make that work yet. I'd be controlling the host, introducing everyone to everything as well as one of the participants to help y'all along, keep the story moving. It will have a definitive end after so many chapters as well, like an interactive story sort of.
