Shadowrun Returns

I just came across this on Steam and nostalgia smacked me in the crouch and caused multiple jizzing sensations across my body! If anybody is familiar with Shadowrun for the SNES you know what I'm talking about. This was definitely one of my favorite games growing up. Its due to release sometime this month.

Kickstarted this mama jama a lifetime ago, love these isometric oldish cRPG type games.

Wasteland 2, Project Eternity and Torment all coming in the next few years has my nostalgia heart constricting.

Ah, I loved that game! It looks good, might have to check it out.

This is what I thought! AFAIK, Shadowrun's latest edition balances everything pretty nicely and is only a couple years old.

It's a very complete ruleset, but only if you have the Arsenal, Unwired, Street Magic, and Runner's Companion books in addition to the Core book.

And its very rules heavy.

The fifth edition should be on its way this year, I think.

But yea, Shadowrun never went anywhere for me either, I only just played the P&P a few weeks ago!

Has anyone bought this and can tell me if it's worth buying?

How long is the game in total time to complete etc.

Well if you like turn based tactical combat and the shadowrun universe you will probably love it?
game is not that long but it has an editor and people are already pumping out content so there is that.
