What role do you wish to play in the guild? For example: PvP, PvE, Casual/Social
I am very capable of doing all 3 roles. I am very competitive when it comes to PvP and I also like to be thorough when it comes to PvE. I'm a little shy when meeting new people, but get along with everyone fine once I get to know them better.
Which previous MMO's or online games have you played and how long for?
I've played many games while growing up and most of the time with friends just messing around and doing the crazy fun stuff that some that you guys do.
Some of the MMO's I've played are:
- Runescape when it first came out and everyone had 56k Hahaha!
- Maple Story for 6 months.
- Priston tale for a year (if anyone even remembers that game nowadays).
- Ragnarok Online for almost 10 years now!!
- Lineage 2 for about 6 months.
- WoW for about a year when it first came out, but stopped. I got back into it when Cataclysm came out and played for another year.
For the time being I like to play Starcraft 2 and League of Legends with my friends to pass the time while we wait for GW2! I actually just recently played the last GW2 BWE and enjoyed every second of it!
Were you a part of a guild? What was your experience?
There are 2 games which come to mind that was very memorable for me regarding being in a guild. One was while playing WoW with a bunch of friends from work. Like many of you in this guild, we had a great time running around and doing instances and random stuff. We were also very PvP oriented and played countless number of Battlegrounds and 3v3s. Even though our rating wasn't amazing, we still had a great time.
The other game is Ragnarok Online which I've played the longest and have joined many guilds in the past. Only reason for joining many guilds was because we would jump to new servers and many of the members couldn't follow us due to other priorities in their lives. Similar to GW2, it was very guild oriented and I loved playing WoE and competing to capture castles. It was memorable to me because even to this day, I still keep in touch with everyone that I used to play with from over 10 years ago and would like to keep that going for as long as I can.
How did you hear about the Guild?
Honestly, my friends and I were looking for a guild to join because we usually play by ourselves. But this time around, we thought that we should try and be a part of something big, especially since it's Guild Wars 2. So when he sent me the video of the 50+ Charr Mesmers diving, I watched the 13 minute Directors cut after and knew we had to try our best and join.
What will you bring to the ALTTABME community? (Chatty? Skilled? Funny? Helping?)
I will do everything in my power to help in anyway possible! I believe a guild is all about having fun and enjoying the game with people who love it as much as I do. And my goal is to have fun and meet new people while we all experience this awesome game.
Will Arcanix be the only guild you join?
It will most definitely will be!
