So, I'm single again after 12 1/2 years

yep, me and Therese broke up. For most of you this will mean nothing, but for those of you who it does I thought I would let you all know.

The breakup was mutual although it sucks. We were pretty much in a rut and wanted different things from the future. We are staying friends and there has been no shouting. There is plenty of tears/depression/feeling sorry for ourselves/etc.

So this was pretty much me tonight.

For the most part I'm doing good, and at least I have no time to really wallow with school and work. Also I am 40 this year so that means I can use this as an excuse to date 20 year olds. I did just buy a red car, too bad its a corolla.

P.S. me and Gyoin were talking in chat about me taking a trip out to the east coast about the first or second week of January. As the date gets closer I will make an offical post.
 
Sorry to hear that man. Lots of fine 20 year olds in NYC, just saying. But for realz, if you need a guy to drink a beer with you on mumble and vent to I'm always willing
 
Hey man... i haven't been here for like... ever, but in the year or however long its been, I know you talked about her quite often. So yeah, i know how important she must've been for you.

On a more lighthearted side, there's a lot of young girls on Craig's list lookin for a "daddy" id bet.
 
Ya, life is a bit rough right now, but I am getting through it. Plus I live 5 minutes away from ASU, one of the biggest party schools in the country. I think I may be able to find some if I ever feel like dealing with a chick again.

Sorry to hear man, but, not to be a total dick, I kinda felt like you two were pulling apart when I met you both. So I believe this will be a good transition change for you! :) Yes please come drink in NYC!

I almost was gonna come out and visit you and zakis next week, but money is a bit tight. I am gonna enjoy my 2 weeks off from school here hanging out, but I will have money to do stuff over my 5 week break at Xmas/new years. I'm off from dec 13 to Jan 19.

Free flights, cheap hotel and a rental car is all I need. Plus debauchery supplied by you guys.
 
Hey T1g long time no see, I'm sorry to hear all that happened but it's good that it ended in more positive way than most. My days off from now until the end of the year are very lacking, but 2015 I get a super boost of days off.

That said, if anything does happen in 2014, I can probably still make it happen even if it's a distant ways.

But Foxwoods 2.0 maybe? I currently get some free rooms at the casino itself every week. >_>

Sorry to hear about you and Therese. Totally excited about the prospect of another Tab get together in January. I actually take vacation on my birthday every year in January.

Hi T1G. I don't know you but am willing to lend an ear if you need an unbiased person to listen.

I'm one of those "love to be single" types so if you want that perspective I am happy to share.
