Stress Test May 14th

We’ll be conducting a stress test on Monday May 14 from 11 AM to 6:00 PM PDT (-7 GMT).

This special test event is open only to Pre-Purchase customers who have registered their accounts. With your help, we can conduct important tests and address some of the issues we identified during our first Beta Weekend Event. During this event, all you need to do is play normally with a new or existing character on your Beta account using the same game client. Please note that since this is a stress test of our servers, you may experience some in-game performance issues. If you’ve pre-purchased Guild Wars 2 and wish to participate in the stress test, we recommend that you register the account and download the game client.

Pre-Purchase customers, log in to the Beta Forums for more information and/or to download the Beta client if needed.

Sweet! Something to do the day before D3 launches! I don't mind being a part of a stress test, even knowing there is an upwards chance of 75% for not being able to actually log in and play.

They haven't wiped the beta servers apparently
 
I would go to work. Stress tests don't always go smooth. Last one was postponed 3 hours before it started.
 
The other races are quite enjoyable. Granted, the asura are adorable, it will most likely be my 2nd or 3rd character I play,

PLUS, think of all the fun you'll have when the game actually launches!
 
Not to mention you get to try the professions. Not ONE person I have talked to who picked a profession prior to playing it kept their decision.
 
I originally thought Engy would be the way to go, but I think I've decided on Ranger. Definitely won't anything else as a main tho.

Actually the list you saw was AFTER I tried the game I originally went into it with the intention of playing an elementalist. And now I wanna try the mesmer to see if it will beat out my thief for second.

I am also plagued with Race selection now haha
 
uhm... mesmers explode themselves. Char use Charzookas... Thief has explosive arrows and pistol shots.
 
Yet Engineer has Flamethrower, flame turret, rocket turret, bomb kit, grenade kit, mine kit, etc. =P

Not to mention he/she uses rifles, pistol/shield, or dual pistols.
 
Mesmers explode their illusions as long as they are still standing and haven't been killed by other creatures <_< Also, the elementalist literally throws fire around, can't get much more explosive than that without the use of grenades and bombs
