I would tell her BREAK THE FUCK UP WITH JON AND RUN AWAY AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. My entire life and future was shifted so so so so drastically because of him.

Short story
1) Got kicked out of school
2) Readmitted cause my aunt has badass connections
3) Almost fuck up my readmittance again
4) Flunked through Junior year and forced to take summer school/community college classes to get it back up
5) Didn't know until the DAY BEFORE I graduated if I met all the requirements to actually graduate.

I am so...so....so...sooo lucky I had good grades before that. I still managed a 3.2gpa (and thus could still get into college) by the end of it all. But it would have been way worse if I didn't have the 4.5 at the beginning.[DOUBLEPOST=1428068339,1428068255][/DOUBLEPOST]

I am a Human Resources Associate, but my focus is on Organizational Development. So like, if you've ever had a review, or if your company has ever sponsored fun events, or if you ever had to read an employee handbook, those are all Org Dev things, I do all that stuff. I create structures and processes for our company to function (performance reviews, raises, and personnel files are the biggest ones).

I started in the casino working auditing. My company is a third-party financial backer to card clubs, so they provide their own people who watch the games to make sure they are played correctly and money is being paid out correctly. Did that for a year, now I'm in HR for over a year.

Most despised co-worker. Oh boy. So...I will start off with - I work with REALLY nice people. It is genuinely a pretty great environment. Even the guy I like the least can be pretty nice. But he's just so DOUCHEY. Like...just....I don't know how to describe it. He is a redditor. And any interaction he has with people is through reddit stuff, like he talks in memes alot. Or tries to impress people with his knowledge of news and world events taken off of Reddit's front page. And on top of it all he's just so fucking smug. Like, he thinks and has said that he can do pretty much everone's job better than them. He thinks our IT guy is an idiot and that he could do his job (granted our IT guy has a plethora of degrees and certifications and this guy hasn't even gotten is AA in computer science or whatever he's in school for). He's also incredibly condescending and acts like he's everyone's boss when we get new people in the office. He'll say things like Okay go ahead and take your break. I'll let "A" (our time clock keeper person) know what your hours were for today. And "A" will be like, uh, no you won't, the manager is going to do that. He's just fucking obnoxious and I get annoyed whenever I have to interact with him. Sigh.[DOUBLEPOST=1428068947,1428068886][/DOUBLEPOST]

Vote republican. I am not into that physical pain shit. And I studied enough politics to know my vote doesn't really matter all that much.

1) I try and keep my hair red as much as possible so yay.
2) She plays alot of ditzy roles and I am a pretty ditzy person. In the words of Typhor "Becca is the best person to get high with because even though she doesn't smoke, she says a lot of really high things."
