(This person would spec completely different than anything we've seen before, rather than DPS or Support... he or she would just spec in to movement decreasing/stuns/cc/slow/roots and wear support armor...

They literally have 28 seconds to interrupt, run downstairs and pew pew for 10 seconds run back up and get in position for the next interrupt. 28 seconds in that fight is an eternity

Once they get up, the interruptor goes down and dps the probes until their debuff wears off and then goes back upstairs. In the event that an interrupt is needed during the transition, the healer can grab it, but while he is clearing the tank or the other dps in control can grab it
