Okay, maybe I am just a proud Auntie that wants to brag about her Great Nephew (yes... he is great, but he is my niece's baby... remember I am old! :p)

At any rate, when I was visiting him a few weeks ago, I was entertaining him on my tablet with the Temple Run game:

Mind you, he just turned 2 yrs. old on January 3rd and doesn't really talk yet... but OH BOY CAN HE GAME! He made me play this for an hour, over and over, and he would shriek with excitement whenever I failed a jump, turn or fell in the water. Literally he would scream and shake his hands overjoyed. Not the reaction I would have hoped for. LOL

And then whenever he would try to play, which requires more dexterity than a two year old could muster, he would let out this growl of angst every time he got attacked or failed. "Arrrrrgggghhhh!" <--- something to that effect.

At any rate, I just had to share this, and am trying to get my sister to take a video of him doing it, because it is the most hilarious shit to watch... and he is utterly adorable.

TL;DR - I am grooming my Great Nephew to join AltTabMe in 2029 by playing Temple Run now.

Here is little Linc, my Great Nephew at about 9 months.

Lol!

My kids are getting into it too. My 4 year old rocks at Where's My Water and my 2 year old can 100% complete Putt-Putt Saves The Zoo two or three times in one sitting.

My next project is to teach them to farm resources for me in GW2.

Linc would sit on my lap while playing GW2 (this was a few months back when I lived at my sister's place... his grandmother), and he would put his little hand on top of mine while on the mouse and he thought he was doing it. I'd say, "Good job link! You just killed a Dolyak!" He's such a cutie. :)

Thanks for not minding me sharing this with you guys... you are my online family. *octo5*

This game is a "Minecraft type phenomenon" in the gaming world. It grossed MILLIONS in a few days with one simple feature switch. Free to Play and in game transactions. Quite impressive. I have it too before I knew myself.

How do you not have pictures of him dressed up in zelda gear with a name like link?

Oh but we do! In fact that is why he is called Link (Lincoln). His mom & dad are big gamers too and Zelda was one of their fave games. They gave him the middle name Anthony, and their last name begins with an "N" so that his initials would be L.A.N. and when he gets older his friends can come to the LAN Party for his birthday. *chuckle* They also love Star Wars, so he was a little Jedi for Halloween, and they are a devoted Disney Family as well. Yep, the kid's destiny has been chosen for him.

BTW, I was talking to my sister tonight (Link's grandma) and she said the 'rents took away Temple Run from him because he was getting a little too 'passionate' about the game. Poor baby... already getting weaned off his gaming addiction.
