I've actually tried this game very briefly, my account still works even, you can do an 'unlimited free trial' where your progress is saved when it releases for F2P. Wait, what? So you can start free to play now then, right? Why don't they just say that, lol. Anyway, you can start playing now for free if anyone plans on checking it out, I'm downloading now, I have a fast computer and internet and the timer for the patch progress is 3 hours, so plan ahead! Gonna head to bed while it downloads and try it in the morning.


Edit: Oh yeah, I don't mind me some jigglies either, lol *ponydurr:

I feel bad for you when you realize this is WORSE than WoW in terms of grind. GOD IT IS BAD. And the "action combat" is terrible.

Trust me I would be the first to preach a good game.
 
lmao, like the video of the character creation..

I tried the game out in the beta. love the graphics, but mobs got repeatative and the combat was eh ok... the dugoens were pretty cool tho but I was not about to pay sub for release.

I may try out one more time to make some jiggly females.
 
I tried it when they first released the trial thingy... uninstalled it within maybe a couple of hours? not just left it alone and never played again... I UNINSTALLED IT right after I logged out... I can't give you an assessment on how the game feels but personally I couldn't handle it, it just felt odd... and I have played PLENTY of crappy F2P games after I left wow a while ago... so there's that.
Honestly if you find that you enjoy it... more power to you... not my cup of cocoa.
 
I so can't get into this, it's just... weird I guess, the tutorial was hell, but at least if you do it once you can skip it. I wanted to try and ride something... can't until lvl 11, I can't handle playing that long! lol
 
Me and my friends are downloading it, since I couldn't persuade them to get Guild Wars 2. I'll be trying it out for a bit, I'll post my username once I get it.
 
Its...different. The combat has a different feel than any mmo i have played. Once you learn the basics its easy. I made a female slayer. Each class you have a special dodge button. I only got to lvl 7 with her but i didn't come across a regular opponent that i needed to use it against. I only used it against a bam. Its interesting.

I am on Celestial Hills server, Baldorax is my sorcerer(probably wont play him much. have to stop to cast). and my sexy slayer is Asuna.the.mystic or asuna the mystic. i dont know which one will work. I put the spaces in there but at charaacter select it has the dots

The only thing this game has going for it are beautiful graphics and lots of jiggles. The rest is a ridiculous grind, a shallow combat and progression system, and a stupid story. The combat does look cool but that's it, just a hack and slash with no real depth or skill involved. It also has an interesting political system that is poorly implemented and only rewards the few who have no life. Free to play? More like free jiggles!
 
Anyways, me and some friends are giving it a try. I'm on the PvP server(I think it's called Mount something), I'm a Level 21 Sorcerer already. Seven of my friends have already started, so I was pretty much forced to play. :S

The open world PvP is what I miss from GW2, it's very rewarding.
