Blergh messed up my posting.

Anyways just want to say as far as weekend scheduling and not splitting stuff up for now, I think Gyoin is on target.

This gives enough rotation as well for everyone to learn to work together within a raid setting for 40 man!

Looking forward to weekend raiding plans!

A couple things:

1) the poll from before allowed you to vote on both days, and I did in fact vote on both days as they worked for me.
2) with the dkp system, having a set schedule, devoid of tentative, surprise days, will reduce the risk of creating drama. No one wants to worry about being available at all time for fear of missing that one raid we were able to piece together just because "we had the people on so why not?".
3) if I miss a raid day because of reason 3, i will be royally pissed.
4) be transparent about every raid group that will ever form, the guild gets one lock out timer(functionally) and we do not want random groups to form.

Other then that, anyone who takes this conversation too seriously needs to relax.

Yes, just a re-iteration, you would all have AT LEAST one week notice of which day the weekend raid will be on. We will be using the scheduling feature we have on the site for attendance (since WS gave us no calender feature....)
