Wildstar Wildstar - Beta Signup

I'm not a member yet myself, but personally I'm leaning towards Dominion. I dig the Mechari big time. Though I guess it's smart to wait till the final races for each faction are finally announced.

Kinda bums me out that Mechari can't be spellslingers, since that's what appeals to me most so far. Though warrior is a close second.

I actually preferred being an offhealer/offtank in raids. I felt that those roles actually took MORE skill at times that the single target tank healing or keeping the main boss in place. Picking up and positioning adds as an offtank was fun and challenging. Not "just" at all.
 
In WoW, when I started, I played rogue and healy priest (and was damn good). Later I played mage and then shaman (dps and heals). Before I quit, I was enjoying tanking (warrior), though I never made it to raid tanking. Honestly I'm up for probably any role, but I do like being needed. :)

I enjoy healing but I also like to go against stereotypes. Female tanks are fairly rare, so maybe I'll get to take all the hitz.
Then again, I might just.. do all the things. /allthethings

As far as faction goes, I don't know. Draken or Aurin. Hmm. I'm hoping the last races are awesome, so I'll know what I want.

The style is ok imo, but doesn't have the appeal that GW2 style has (to me) unfortunately.
 
I always feel at home DPSing. I played a mage in WoW, hunter (which is basically a mage) in LotRO, and now a DPS warrior in GW2.

But I really want to try out healing or tanking. So I'll probably roll a class that can do multiple things, like a Druid (they have those, right?)

I was a holy priest, then disc healer once the shields became good. I was a pally tank. I really liked the tank spell rotation in WotLK.

Naw I was messin with him because I was the one that got him into WoW and when he first installed the game, before he jumped on teamspeak and joined our little guild he called and asked me what we needed in our groups. I said healers, priest...and the mighty undead priest Darkfalcon was born.
 
Before I go jumping on which race/class to roll I'm still waiting for the rest of the races and classes to be revealed.
Just to be a hypocrite, I'm currently leaning Dominion/Cassian/Esper.

Definitely going Scientist though.

I <3 Tanking and Healing....odd I know...but who said I was normal. :p I wasn't going to, but I signed up today, you all convinced me.

Please refrain from asking these types of questions. No one is allowed to discuss anything about being in beta or anything within the beta. Any posts discussing or mentioning they are in will be deleted as they go against the NDA and will look poorly against alttabme.
