Azuregos Spawned and the Horde Guild Timeless quickly jumped on the opportunity.
We got wiped the first attempt with 25 guys then we formed a large 40 raid group.
Then alliance zerged us at 10% health and we couldn't hold out for the last 10%. And ended up dying at 2%.(cries)
Alliance actually did a very good job organizing the raid, they hid behind a hill until it was very low health.
This created WW III as the horde were seriously pissed.
It didn't look good, as the Horde began to argue and leave.
Then Entropy and other guilds began to fill Azshara. Raids began to fill back up and reinforcements called.
The enemy was getting the life down quickly with many players. But Azuregos put up a hell of a fight and seemed to get stronger the more they had.
We wanted to wait till she was at 50% but we were to infuriated and attacked at 80-89% health.
We had anger and rage fueling us and quickly took over.
All hell broke out and we all began to fight.
Soon we were outnumbered and retreated again.
Both factions formed up. Small melees broke out but nothing epic, or enough to stop the masses.
Again the cries of Azuregos were heard as the Alliance began another attempt.
At this point the alliance called in over 80 players.
They had groups for the Boss and groups for protecting them from a counter.
Even as the alarms for X roads and TM rang we knew where we were needed most, and had faith in the new guards which blizzard hired to guard our cities!
Azshara filled quickly and we sent out rogue scouts.
This time they had rogue scouts and traps everywhere.
We attacked again with vigor this time waiting till 50%
We met the first group of alliance and pushed through. Many fell but we continued on.
We attacked the second group and were surrounded by the second.
We fought hard and eventually with Azuregos fighting hard as well, Defeated them again!
(not to mention the unbearable LAG that made it almost impossible to attack)
This continued over and over.
The alliance thought of a new plan and got Azuregos down to the graveyard for easy Resurrection upon death.
Our scouts kept close eyes on them as out mass of 60-80 men stood eagerly waiting to pounce them at 50%
We scouted from teh mountains spyglasses in hand.(I know right? A use for these!)

The men were almost on the verge of a full frontal charge when...
Once again they wiped!
(this was apparently due to an evasion bug and res healer)
The men grew anxious but the scouts reported that Azuregos had enough of their flesh and climbed the mountains to continue her guard route.
The scouts checked for alliance and only counted 12!
This was their chance!
The men were not all from the same brigade and were not familiar with each other much but they had been brough together by the days events and grew as ONE!
The battle began again as they engaged Azuregos!
And thus ends our epic adventure
The Horde have conquered the FIRST outdoor RAID BOSS on Lightning's Blade!
Congrats!
We have conquered more than a boss, but our ability to work as a group, and not as individuals. We are strong and we are proving it now! Good job!
