Wildstar Your Thoughts on Wildstar's Revenue Model

At the moment, I'd most likely drop down on a lifetime sub. It's nice to know that I ca. Always just log onto gw2 and not bother with a payment model. I won't feel "obligated" since I paid that bill every month, but instead just paid a lot up front. As long as I get my usual comfort level (1$=1 hour played) I'd be fine.
 
The $1=1 hour model is a good way of looking at it. I don't think I ever calculated out my playtime for WoW, but I'm sure I was closer to $.25/hr

By the time I quit, across all of my characters I had close to 400 days played. Yes, I am ashamed and disgusted about this.

I have over 400 days played on just one character.. and I rerolled this account / character in the middle of BC. I think I might have a problem...

Damn lol. I had 2 other accounts before this one. One I sold (which I regret) the other got banned for account sharing during that insane High Warlord grind. I'll never sell an account again though, Tara would kill me if I did.

Ahh, yeah, I sold an account too. Buuuut I ended up with it back some time later magically :)

Haha nice, I was debating hard about using that magic as well :) It had my Paladin with 2 Gladiator mounts and my Warrior with one.

Back to the original subject... I'm used to paying a monthly/3mo/6mo etc sub. (All I know about subs is how WoW/GW2 does 'em.) I HOPE they'll go that route, and of course have buy-able extras for cosmetic purposes only. They're just keeping it quiet so that people keep talking about it! ^^ AND I AM SO DAMN EXCITED EEE!

Pfft, YOUR keybinds are wonky. How is it wonky to bind around WASD? Seems normal to me :p

True. I use a naga but I usually keybind cooldowns, focus macros, or mounts etc to it. My main moves are usually around WASD, feels a bit awkward putting my main moves on the naga for some reason.

Nah, I understand completely. GW2 I kept my 1-5 on 1-5, and 6-0 we on naga, along with dodge and stuffs.

I tried the straight up naga, but my hands and thumb are too big for the buttons. Also six is just about right for me. I never use the 2 extra on the top.

I do find myself not needing all the buttons on the naga, even in WoW. Might eventually swap to the hex or something smaller.
 
The ONLY problem I have with the hex is sometimes I push the 1 button on the side just from gripping the mouse. I have it disabled on most things like internet and games that don't need all 6 buttons.

The software that razer has for its mice and stuff is FUCKING AMAZING. I have it set up so that its linked to different games with different key binds. The software recognizes what is on the screen and switches to it. Going between internet and a game? It switches profiles when you alt-tab over, then switches when you go back.
