I really thought I would enjoy that type of gameplay. After trying it for two days, I still sucked and HATED the style. It's a real shame. Alas, I have started trying out D/D Elementalist. Something new.
 
I've had good success on my condition/support necro. Its very effective when combined with a Bunker or a couple DPSers. Also can hold out for a good distraction play. That along with my thief, I've been doing really well even with shitty pub teams that never read the chat. Just been rolling free tournys and getting sick gear.

When I get a better hold of my ele I'll join you in some games today. The super lack of range on D/D is really difficult, but the mobility... my god. So good.

OMG! The mobility, right! Yeah in air attunement- daggers- its pretty insane. There's just soooo many abilities and combinations to grasp. My brain hates it when I play my ele.
 
Yeah, Trying to learn D/D and S/D. Staff is null in SPvP, and focus looks cool, but doesn't have the real mobility of D OH.
 
FOR THOSE THAT WERE/ ARE STILL INTERESTED : Updated status.

WE DO STILL PLAN TO DO THIS. We will take everyone and put them together into groups. I need a rollcall of those who are still interested so we can plan times. Now that the holidays are over, hopefully more people will be willing to cooperate on times. <3
 
I am interested on my Engi, maybe my Guard. Zero experience in sPvP, but willing to learn. Did a lot of arena/BG in WoW, so have *some* knowledge of how a structured PvP environment oporates. I am able to do most every evening (except Tuesdays) and as time allows with school and such.
