Just got back from work, and Jesus that is one crazy storm. People are dying from falling trees and signs, and 33,000 people are out of power in Ontario.

Not that the current hurricane isn't causing just as much havoc though...

Today has been surprisingly calm in this area. Then again, I'm kind of on the edge of the storm. Things have been okay today but we'll have to see what it's like in the morning.

Thoughts go out to everyone in the storm's direct path. Just losing power for a week last year during that snowstorm was bad enough, let alone having to evacuate. Last I heard five people have died.
