I just booked my room at http://www.hieastwindsor.com/ for Thursday - Sunday. $374 for the entire stay for 2 queen size beds (only non-smoking room at the moment). You can easily fit 4 people in these rooms, so that's under $100 a person if you combine!

Also, there is a bar downstairs. You're welcome.

Room reserved! Me, Dainjre, and potentially Mallory depending on what she decides (that being said we may end up with some extra space if someone wants to go in on it with us). Next step will be transportation.
Car rental is proving to be more expensive then I thought, but the train is slow as all hell. Gyoin would you be willing to pick us up at the train stop about 15 minutes from the Holiday inn? Would save a ton of time.

This is what my trip would look like via the train if we can get picked up:

NYC -> Train station

Train station -> Hotel via Picked up
Train station -> Hotel via Bus


even with the bus id need a pickup or cab
