This is totally nuts. More power to you, I'd quit by the end of the first day.
Are you prepping multiple days in advance? Do you limit how much you consume per day or every time you are hungry you just drink the juice?
We tried some pretty awful ones when Whizzbang and I did it. The mean green recipe in particular was so horrible. I don't know how long it took me to choke down one portion and I nearly lost it multiple times. Picture those people on reality shows trying to eat all sorts of nasty crap. I thought I could just sort of chug it and be done but...no. I found that there aren't enough apples in the world to make up for the taste of certain juiced greens. Blech.

This probably has to do with the fact that I ate my sisters raw shit last night and all clean, and then my body kinda wanted to expel what I drank this morning. So far I can say this is not soo pleasant ;P

What kind of things are you tracking while doing this? Are you doing before/aftrer weight & bodyfat % as well?
