I was looking into this a while back and was pretty excited. But then i was reading when u come off your diet your metabolism will be slower, hence you can put weight back on. With it be an all juice diet it may be less filling and it will be very tempting just to eat to fill that emptiness. This is also where is was like hummm i can't do this diet, i am bad around (food) temptations lol
So i decided to try something different. I am in a soccer league with the guys from work, we suck btw lol and on mondays during work i'll walk down to the store and back. Nice little exercise. I currently weigh 200 lbs, when i started soccer i was 202 lbs. I missed a few games due to rain. My end goal before Christmas is to weigh 170-180 lbs.
But i applaud you for trying this out and look forward to the end results. Keep us updated AFTER you stop your diet so that we know what happens, weight gain, muscle loss or if you can gradually get end the diet it may not result in any of these. Sorry for the long drawn out post.
EDIT: So apparently i was put on a food diet without my consent. So my lunch consisted of Salad, strawberries (YUM) and some chips(Yes i know chips aren't the best for you because of the sodium content) but that is what my lunch consisted of. So now i am hungry like the wolf
