Settler!

Building taverns and what-not for friends sounds like a lot of fun. After looking at some interviews that people had with Jeremy Gaffney, Settlers seem to bring a lot of stuff to the table. I also love housing, and well... Settlers are all about housing... ;)

Housing is what it is all about to me, shit here are all my UO houses from when you were 3 years old :p

http://alttabme.com/forum/index.php?threads/lets-see-your-uo-shots.2950/

But what I like is that I can design within my house and outside. I used to level design in UO for private servers. So the fact that my plot can be all sorts of different mixtures of stuff is gonna be awesome. I am def opening the guild tavern.

The ones out in the Open world seem to be a bit more fleeting, I am hoping to see a bit more reason for a settler to do things out in the world other than XP. Otherwise as people level the lower areas are just gonna go dead.

You'll like the fact that you can allow others to decorate your house for you if you are into Interior Design and that fun stuffs. /sidemonies

Yeah, I am excited for that. I enjoy decorating things.[DOUBLEPOST=1373918518,1373918255][/DOUBLEPOST]
Leaning toward Explorer myself, always loved jumping around in WoW getting into places not many others could.

I hope that its not just go here jump up there fight boss... I want to have minimal directions, actually have to use my eyes and brain to figure things out rather than having it handed to me.

Explorer seems like a really fun path. If I end up disliking Settler, I'm definitely switching to Explorer. :)

I get really OCD when I have something nagging me for 100% completion. If nothing tells me I am OK cutting corners but if there is a UI reminder I will kill myself and get NOTHING done :)

Oh gods I am the same way, but I think ill end up explorer anyway... I like jumping puzzles and shortcuts which is a win win win scenario (cause me being in the puzzles is a win for them).

I am kind of similar, although I'm going Scientist at the moment...fuck me right?! LOL

I am fully into explorer right now. In that last dinner interview Gaffney did he mentioned rocket boots for explores so you can jump even higher and get to more places.

I am one of those people who just want to get to the top of that thing cause I can. I made it to the airport above ironforge in vanilla wow.

Scientist. And I'm not going to explain why.

Might do other paths for other characters ofc. But I WILL start with scientist.

I am really split between Settler and Soldier at exactly 50/50. I keep switching everytime I think about it but for the sake of the thread, Ill say soldier because that what i voted for. I really love killing everything and I mean literally everything from the small little furry rabbit that cant even deal damage to you, to the World boss or OP Veteran mob that normal takes more than 2 people to kill, just because I roled a pally and it was possible if you were skilled in WoW.

Heal, Heal, Heal, through the damage that you Deal, Deal, Deal.

Hey I'll survive by the power of the Light, cuz Ima Paladin if I try I win.

Tankadin FTW!!!!

Sweet thats exactly what I want so I can pwn the shit out of it. If it can take damage, I can bring it down. :)

Or even if you weren't skilled, depending n the patch.

I also really enjoyed tankadin. I'm hoping for a class with the same aoe style tanking. And it's scientist for me. Because Raz.
