It might take a few tries, our server goes into standby if nobody is on it (nfo-servers policy) but should start back up as soon as you log in. Best way for me so far was doing the following:
Go into multiplayer -- try to connect -- refresh server -- try to connect -- go back to main menu -- go back to the multiplayer and try to connect
I usually get in if I do this, if it doesn´t work on the first try.
