I´m uploading mine as is. The file size is ok in my opinion (88 MB for 10 minutes), so if you are really not tech savy, you can simply upload it without further steps.
Just one thing you might want to consider: Make parts of 1 hour. Otherwise people will have to search for the place they left off if there is a Problem.
