Sure, but that's beyond the point. All I want is for all of us to play together, doesn't matter how many we are we can always just recruit. Now that I think about it tho, after all the issues SE had at launch and all that... I can see some of the ppl that actually posted here already left the game. Not a very strong start indeed.

Yeah, sorry. The frustration level this game gave me for a solid 2 weeks was beyond anything I've experienced in over 10 years of MMOs and 28 years of gaming. Yes, it was that bad for me. =)

At this point I'm looking forward to BF4, it's close enough and football is holding my attention nicely for now.

I slowed up a little at 41 and started lvling my weaving and fishing. Fishing btw is simple but oddly fun and addictive with fishing logs and it keeping track of your biggest catch.

Yeah, Got my waver up to 30, then realized I needed botany for my next cloth (after I just got mining to 20 for increase lightning shard drops). In the process of leveling botany in downtime.

Plus yeah, fishing is fun. If I was still in school I'd do that during class like in WoW, but alas... I cannot.

didn't know mining increases lightning shard drops. if my desk was more closed it I would total sit here and fish for 8 hours.

At 20 you get an ability that costs 400 GP that triples your shard gain for your gathering session. On certain nodes, with high enough strength, you'll get 5 gathers on a node. That means 15 shards on that single node.

It helps. Plus you can cross class it to botany!

With a weaver, gathering profs become easier. You can make a lot of gathering gear. Make sure you keep your perception high, as HQ materials increase exp gains decently.

Also, use Leve's for your crafting classes. If you submit HQ items, you get a BIG boost of exp (200% boost on single item turn ins, 67% on 3 item turn ins each). In weaving, that helped me skip ALL of the diremite craftings, as well as GIVING ME diremite thread so I could make a few upgrades. Also, you make more gil that way than it costs to port everywhere for turn ins.

According to Yoshida, digital sales might resume if things go well over this weekend. If I figure I have enough time I might pick it up. Hopefully by then we can get most of the guild on one server :S

guys please PLEASE!!! remember to download and add to your account the onetime password app from the apple store or android's play store, it's called Squex Token. It will only take a couple of minutes of your time and it will definitely help keep your account secure.

One of our Tabber friends (NsNpanda) got hacked and it didn't end well as Squenix is very (extremely) strict when it comes to RMT countermesures.

BTW panda I'm sorry it ended up this way for you because I know for a fact that did enjoy the game quite a bit... /sadneversaynopandaface

Great call letting people know about that onetime password, its well worth it guys! Unfortunately I took the 'it wont happen to me' approach, and well we all know how that story ended hahah, so at best learn from my mistake, I would hate for it to happen to someone else.. Anyways have fun, don't stop posting your adverntures, dungeons, actually anything in connection with FFXIV! Il definitely be reading, and ill see you guys in WildStar! (and hopefully some games in between!)

I don´t have the game yet. I usually wait for MMOS to get rid of all the major problems (Server issues) and then join. Maybe I should wait another week.
