I'll get it but, I really think it will turn into a niche game.
Your tech and equipment investment will return 1000% when you play this game. It will make and break dogfights, end of story.
Thus, I'll be far behind. Still gotta do that solo content and play with my ships.
There's a TON of interesting stuff so let's hope they pull it off.

Im not sure where the hell you got niche from. Also not sure how tech investment has anything to do with dogfights. Granted I have never played around with an OR.

I think if anything, this will put Space Sims back on the market, if it hasn't already. At worst, it will be a success by itself and stand alone.
 
I will probably start looking into this when it gets closer to release date but i'm hearing something as beta is still a long way off into late 2015's?

For the Persistent Universe aka the full MMO experience yes. Alpha/Beta should be mid-late 2015 for that.
 
And I´m just sitting here screaming:"Make it so!" and nothing happens. People around me are staring at me.

If It's anything like the voice control in my new truck then 3-5 times Is pretty good.
